蠕动泵局限性
Limitations of Peristaltic Pump
1.压力局限: 用柔性管,会使承受压力受到限制.
1. Pressure Limitation: The use of flexible pipes will limit the pressure to withstand.
2.泵在运作时会产生一个脉冲流,

解决方法是:
The solution is:
①增加滚轮数量,流量会降低
Increasing the number of rollers will reduce the flow rate.
②使用脉冲抑制器:脉冲抑制器是一个简单的定位容器,工作原理是由于空气比液体更具有可压缩性,脉冲流进入容器、液体上的气袋下陷吸收脉冲进而平缓的流出脉冲抑制器
(2) Pulse Suppressor: Pulse Suppressor is a simple positioning container. Its working principle is that air is more compressible than liquid. Pulse flow enters the container and the air bag on the liquid sinks to absorb pulses and then smoothly flows out of the pulse Suppressor.
3.流量随时间变化,会衰减。(由于软管磨损造成)
3. Flow decreases with time. (due to hose wear)
泵的出口压力有一定的局限性,一般不超过0.3MPa,通常在0.1-0.2MPa之间。
Pump outlet pressure has certain limitations, generally not more than 0.3 MPa, usually between 0.1-0.2 MPa.
